I have just made the request form, and a tutorial submission sites. However, the tutorial submission form is still a work in progress. The request form is okay, but I urge you not to request until approximately 2 weeks from now.

Yay, my first post. Alright, I just added 3 of my best signatures so far. I havent included my newb sigs, cuz they reek of newbism. I'll probably add wallpapers once I get back from camp and my grandparent's house, towards the end of the summer. That means I'm delaying PS requests until then too. Sorry guys.
